Projects wait to be discovered. BLUEWATERS cooperate with clients from different countries and tryies to indentify the needs of SEEC by supporting them in projects of accession to EU. Clients have our support through accepting their projects by the international financial institucions.

Projects need financing sources. In SEEC private capital is very rare, so we use our contacts to make partnerships between clients and banks, investitors, and donors.It is necessary to persuade investitors to invest money in certain projects, so we make feasibility studies and buisiness plans. We cooperate very successfully with international companies in the fields of tax and corporative law, and buisiness development.

Finnaly, projects need contracts. Our clients have support while negotiating, and we also provide help with interpretation of financial and technical details of contracts, and cooperate with other partners and consultants.In the framework of our consulting, cooperation with the client lasts during the phase of planning and also the phase of project implementation. Local partners define projects but our responsibility is to check if quality criteria corresponds to FIDIC and EU standards.
