Biljana has worked for several companies whose core products and services include corporate advice and restructuring, fundraising, principal investments and management, and consulting.

Some of her activities are:

• Working on identifying market opportunities and possibilities according to the proposed development strategy
• Preparing feasibilities studies and due diligence analysis of the potential projects
• Planning budgets and prepared cash flow analysis
• Assisting in identifying, securing and preparing prime real estate sites for onward sale to end-users and developers seeking opportunities in the region.
• Generating project proposals, financial analysis and presentations of the potential projects for the ILF fund investors
• Producing survey of the real estate market in Serbia for investors wishing to enter the market. Identified major players, described business and regulatory environment and forecast prospects for growth in the country

Danijela is founder and president of the organization WITH OPTIMAL WEIGHT TO HEALTH “VAGA”, where she is currently employed as chief of Counsel “For health-VAGA", and also as coordinator of the project.

Since 2009 she is the deputy president of the Committee for protection of rights of patients of Osijek-Baranja County.

Since 2011 she is a volunteer in the Counsel for obesity in the Red Cross in Osijek, and in cooperation with the Faculty of Medic and the Institute for Public Health in Osijek-Baranja County.

Dejan is owner of consulting agency SPESCOM-Consulting, which provides consulting services in domein of informatics.

As an IT expert, he worked on many projects for well known clients from Serbia and from abroad. For the last two years, he is an external expert of BLUEWATERS for fields of informatics in both technical and educational aspect.

He has 15 years of experience IT sector (hardware, software, SEO, Internet, e-business, e-marketing, operating systems, CMS systems and open source systems).

He is also a member of Elxis CMS development team, and the administrator of www.dmoz.org, the biggest Internet directory in the world. He gives his contribution to the education of beginners through forums and online communities, like www.efcforum.com and www.elitesecurity.org.

He is actively involved in development of online reservation system www.vbooking.org.

Robert is Sc.D of Technical Sciences. He has 13 years of theoretical and practical insight in Serbian SME sector. During this period he personally introduced himself with organizational support in SME sector in different countries (Australia, Japan, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and Ireland) and learned about these experiences in many of Central and East European Countries.

He is experienced in technical assistance to SMEs and potential entrepreneurs - Consultancy in: business planning, market research, technology assessment, organization and different projects preparation; Education in: Entrepreneurship, SMEs institutional environment, Marketing, Legal aspects on doing business; Information dissemination on: financial sources, relevant open competitions & tenders.

Smiljana holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Faculty of Technical Sciences. At the moment she is the Dean of Technical College of Applied Sciences in Zrenjanin. She is also an author and coauthor of several books about women and entrepreneurship in Serbia.

Jovana is coordinator of PBILD project in the Youth Office in Surdulica. She is a team leader and organizer, in all the project for youth in Surdulica.

She is also the founder of the Volunteer Initiative of Surdulica, and the founder and educator in ecological section in one of the projects of the Ministry of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning.
