Biljana graduated in Economics and brings management experience from the finance sector. Within BLUEWATERS she is in charge for organising business in BLUEWATERS YU. She is responsible for project development, regional cooperation, business consultancy and promotional activities with the aim to expand activities in the market. Biljana speaks Serbian, Croatian and English.

Jelena has graduated in Biology at the University of Natural Sciences in Novi Sad where she continued education on postgraduate studies in Microbiology. Within BLUEWATERS YU she is managing projects in the fields of environmental infrastructure, water and waste management, renewable energy and energy efficiency. Serbian is Jelena´s mother tongue, but she is also fluent in English and Croatian.

Zdravko graduated at the Higher School of professional business studies in Novi Sad. Since 2006, he is active in the field of project management, implementing projects dealing with youth issues, fight against corruption, media development, society democratization and marginalized groups. In BLUEWATERS YU he is in charge of project development. Zdravko speaks fluently Serbian and English, as well as Spanish at the beginners level.
